From the Authors Thank you for meandering through our Web-site. The first
book in a series of twelve will take you from the Land of Treasure to the Land of Unkind and back again. We would like
you to know that this effort has truly been a labor of love with our children (6) and grandchildren (14) in mind.
We have laughed until tears rolled down our faces as we developed characters with personalities much like the people all of
us come in contact with every day. And we have struggled along the way as well, as we attempted to not only write all
of the books in the saga, but illustrate and then construct them from the hand-sewn, hand glued book blocks to the vinyl covers
that can be wiped down with a damp cloth if need be. Please note that all of the materials used in the construction
of these books (as far as we can determine) are lead free. As retirees, we are working harder today (and loving it more) than we ever have in our lives. Thank
you again for choosing to wander through our website and we hope that you will purchase all of the books in the series
